Job Description:

Creative Graduates – Unqualified Teaching Assistant position at a fantastic Primary School in Lewisham. The school is keen for Creative Graduates to use their lateral thinking to encourage students within their learning process using creative outlets such as music, art, drama etc. This is a full time position starting in September 2025 for the full academic year.

Job Responsibility:

Fulfilling Teaching Assistant duties across all year groups (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
Holding 1:1 and group interventions for core subjects (English & Mathematics)
Providing additional support for SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia etc)
Provide dedicated support to the classroom teacher
Preparing materials for classes
Maintaining a safe classroom
Promoting a fun environment for the pupils to learn within

Requirements:

Have a drive and passion for working in education
Have a creative and innovative thinking pattern that is adaptable to the pupil's needs
Previous experience working with children
Hold a creative degree (Music, Arts, Drama etc)

Nice to have:

SEN experience/knowledge is desirable but not necessary
