Job Description:

A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Lewisham are on the hunt for aspiring Secondary Teachers to work as Secondary Teaching Assistants for September 2025 starts. The school is renown in the local area for producing some of the best teachers in London. You will be supported from day one, with opportunities to grow, challenge yourself and find your dream career! Having placed 30+ graduates at the school over the last 3 years, we have only received glowing reviews with multiple graduates going on to be qualified teachers at the school! You will be working across your desired subject specialism, carrying out 1:1 & group interventions with a focus on raising attainment.

Job Responsibility:

Working across KS4-5 with a focus on raising attainment
Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
Enrolling onto the aspiring Secondary Teacher Program (Schools Direct)

Requirements:

Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
