Job Responsibility:
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons

Requirements:
Proven experience supporting young people with SEN
Experience working in a school setting (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to inclusive education
A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
Enhanced DBS check (will be processed upon offer)
Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
