Job Description:

This role involves working in an ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Harrow, supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. Responsibilities include assisting class teachers with delivering core subject material, monitoring pupil progress, and working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The role is ideal for graduates aspiring to build careers in education, psychology, sociology, or social work.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting class teachers with delivering core subject material
Monitoring the progress of pupils and assisting children of various ages and abilities

Requirements:

A graduate with strong academics across the board – GCSEs, A-Levels and Degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous school-based experience working with children with SEN
A drive to inspire the younger generation
