Tax Analyst

• Manage tax liabilities
• handle compliance, financial reporting, planning, and controversy processes
• contribute to the planning, accounting, filing, and reporting of tax liability
• compile information for income tax filing
• manage payments to tax authorities
• direct small to medium-sized Finance operational and administrative teams
• provide basic advisory services
• improve process efficiencies
• assess and mitigate risks

• 2 to 4 years of experience
• CRS and FATCA tools experience
• tax reporting and internal audit experience
• basic understanding of U.S. tax information reporting rules
• basic understanding and working knowledge of IRS Forms W-9, W-8, and associated requirements
• experience with Forms 1098, 1099 series, and 1042-S
• experience with Forms 945 and 1042
• excellent communication skills
• experience with process re-engineering
• redesign and process automation experience preferred
• strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
