Manages multi-line telephone
Operates office equipment
Coordinates meeting and conference call arrangements
Provides reception and office services relief
Aids in maintaining the professional appearance of conference rooms and common areas
Processes, e-files, and sends tax returns to clients
Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
Prepares checker’s checklist during proofing of financial statements
Receives and sends correspondence
Assists with expense report submissions
Interacts with clients
Orders office and kitchen supplies
Enters new client setup information into time and billing system
Prepares daily cash receipt deposits
Works sufficient hours in order to complete projects assigned
