Job Responsibility:

Position IKEA as a unique employer on the market, based on the IKEA corporate identity and our culture and values
Work on lots of employer branding and talent sourcing projects, based on our business needs and your own ideas and dreams
Identify the most successful employer communication channels and optimise our presence and activities
Be the local subject matter expert for talent sourcing for a wide range of job profiles
Monitor external employer and workforce trends

Requirements:

You understand how to build brand trust and engagement
You analyse candidate behaviours and market trends and know how to create content, communication and visuals around it
You bring in your experience in marketing and social media
You have a flair for language, design and digital solutions on different platforms
You also love to take a data driven approach to monitor and track performance on sourcing and employer value proposition dimensions
