Job Description:

Shape the future of learning and capability at Prospa. We’re looking for a Talent & Capability Lead to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen performance and build career-shaping capability across our business. From leadership development and signature programs to company-wide learning moments, you’ll help our people grow at every stage. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with real scope and autonomy. You’ll take ideas from concept to delivery, designing content, facilitating programs, managing our LMS, and ensuring every learning experience is thoughtful and engaging.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and facilitate leadership programs and capability-building workshops
  • Own and evolve our leadership and capability frameworks
  • Manage our LMS (LearnUpon) and create engaging digital learning assets
  • Deliver company-wide learning initiatives, including Learnathon and talent accelerator programs
  • Lead our AI capability roadmap, helping teams build confidence and apply AI tools effectively
  • Shape induction and orientation experiences and deliver Performance & Growth sessions
  • Drive engagement through surveys and Great Place to Work initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs end-to-end
  • Strong facilitation skills, especially in leadership and team development
  • Hands-on LMS experience and digital content creation skills
  • Comfort with AI tools and a curiosity to keep learning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
