Job Responsibility:
Identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across various departments
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of organization
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
