We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Latham, New York. In this role, you will focus on attracting, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional talent to support our organization's growth and success. Through strategic planning and fostering strong relationships, you will play a key role in advancing our team and enhancing our employer brand.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for technicians, client service representatives, and administrative staff
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of applicants with relevant experience
Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and oversee onboarding processes for new hires
Represent the organization at career fairs, campus programs, and other recruitment events
Optimize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System to improve efficiency and track key recruitment metrics
Partner with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen and promote the organization's employer brand
Foster positive relationships with candidates and ensure an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
Monitor industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve strategies
Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
2–4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for problem-solving, teamwork, and creating positive outcomes
Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling recruitment challenges
