Job Responsibility:

  • Play a key role in Climeworks’ success by identifying future Climeworkers
  • Drive our hiring journey and create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Own the full recruiting cycle from active sourcing to assessing of candidates up to preparing and making the offer
  • Act as a sparring partner for our hiring managers and take the lead in candidate assessments
  • Lead a recruitment intern who will support you in advertising, scheduling and daily operative tasks
  • Bring in your ideas and expertise to shape or re-shape recruitment and employer branding processes
  • Give our culture a voice by running initiatives such as our culture survey, translating insights into concrete actions that foster an inspiring and inclusive workplace

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or similar
  • At least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process
  • Strong knowledge of active sourcing and understanding of modern recruitment practices
  • Customer-focused, agile, and dynamic, with a self-starter mindset and a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Good German skills

Agency experience in engineering/science
