Your mission is to lead, develop, and elevate efficy’s Talent Acquisition function while driving high-quality hiring across Europe. As Recruitment Manager, you will manage a team of 2–3 recruiters plus interns, while staying hands-on with recruitment across all levels - from volume roles to senior, strategic positions. You will balance leadership, coaching, hiring delivery, reporting, and process improvement in a fast-moving, international matrix organisation. You will work closely with the CHRO and business leaders to shape hiring strategy, streamline processes, and build strong analytics foundations to support data-driven decisions.

Balance leadership, coaching, hiring delivery, reporting, and process improvement
Work closely with the CHRO and business leaders to shape hiring strategy, streamline processes, and build strong analytics foundations
Team Leadership and Development: Manage, coach, and develop 2–3 recruiters and interns
Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals and accountability
Provide guidance to help the team deliver efficient, high-quality hiring
Hands-On Recruitment Across All Levels: Recruit for the full spectrum of roles - from operational hires to senior, strategic positions
Build proactive international talent pipelines across European markets
Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and hiring priorities
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience at scale
Reporting, Analytics and Process Improvement: Build and implement recruitment dashboards, reporting structures, and hiring KPIs
Analyse hiring activity and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
Strengthen recruitment processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Provide insights to the CHRO and leadership to support better planning and decision-making
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Europe
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, managing expectations and timelines
Strike the right balance between structure and adaptability in a fast-moving tech environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a strong in-house recruiter with management experience
Experience leading or coaching a small recruitment team
Background hiring in international, matrix organisations across Europe
Solid B2B recruitment experience (required)
Strong communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
Highly proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a high-pace environment
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to build reporting foundations and interpret hiring data
Fluent in English
Willing to travel occasionally (1–2 times per quarter)
Nice to have:
Agency experience is highly advantageous
Experience in SaaS and/or PE-backed companies is a strong plus
Additional European languages are a plus
