To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for an energetic and empathic Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the company’s growth, by attracting and recruiting enthusiastic talents and assisting the People & Culture Team with development programs and internal initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Creation and implementation of Employer Branding strategies to attract and engage talented candidates through both online and offline channels (e.g. career pages, social media, recruiting days, etc.)
Collection of the business needs in order to write clear and appealing job descriptions
Job Posting on major Job platforms and university portals
CV screening through out Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Call-interviews and in-person interviews with Hiring Managers
Ensure the best candidate experience, taking care of the communication with candidates through all the recruiting steps
Support in other exciting HR Projects suche as Internal Communication initiatives or Corporate Events
Requirements:
University Degree in Humanistic disciplines
+3 month-internship experience in a similar role, with a focus on Talent Attraction and Employer Branding activities
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
Enthusiasm for driving positive change and proactive attitude
Reliability and a strong sense of confidentiality
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Native Italian speaker with working proficiency in English
