On behalf of our client, a global FMCG powerhouse, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager specializing in Tail Spend Management and Savings Tracking. This role is pivotal for the organization’s digital transformation, focusing on optimizing indirect spend and process mining through cutting-edge platforms. You will manage two key workstreams: one focused on a Tail Spend platform (Candex) and another on a savings management project utilizing SAP Signavio. This is a governance-heavy role, ideal for a PM who thrives in structured, data-driven corporate environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the execution of the Tail Spend initiative and Savings Tracking workstreams from planning to hypercare
  • Utilize SAP Signavio for project milestones tracking, reporting, and high-level process governance
  • Collaborate with procurement finance to track savings and ensure project ROI is accurately reported
  • Oversee the test lifecycle, resource allocation, and defect tracking (governing a dedicated QA team)
  • Maintain rigorous documentation for IT General Controls (ITGC) and internal audits
  • Facilitate communication between IT, Finance, and external vendor partners at all levels

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years in IT Project Management within large-scale corporate environments
  • 6+ years in Tail Spend management, Spend Analytics, or Procurement Finance initiatives
  • Solid experience within the SAP Procurement ecosystem (SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, or SAP SRM)
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects under SOX or NIST compliance frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of PMP, Prince2, or hybrid delivery models
  • Fluency in English (C1) and ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix structure
