Job Description:

Assist the Business Intelligence Technical Lead with the design, development and maintenance of Tableau workbooks and reports. You will contribute to improving BI systems, technical documentation creation, and support the company's strategy, while acting as a role model for new employees.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Business Intelligence Technical Lead with the design, development and maintenance of Tableau workbooks
Design, Development and maintain Tableau Reports
Constantly improving BI systems. Evaluate and improve existing systems that are in place as well as collaborate with teams within the business to integrate these new systems to streamline workflow and company processes
Develop Technical Documentation. Create reports based on completed projects, develop and update technical documentation for senior members of staff and colleagues within the department to serve as a reference guide
Actively support the business strategy, plan and value, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture
Act as a role model for new employees, providing help and support to facilitate early integration and assimilation of their new environment

Requirements:

Advanced level of Business Intelligence tools for data analysis (Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI, QlikView, or other BI Tools)
Knowledge of Tableau is very desirable (at least 2 years)
At least 4 years of experience of working with reporting tools
Good knowledge of working with Databases (SQL, Oracle, Hive, Impala) and versed in working with different data file types
Have an aptitude for data mining, analytical in the approach to tasks, and have a business focus
Awareness/information about DevOps practices like CI/CD
Be familiar with version control systems: GIT
Be familiar with Atlassian Stack: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
Confirmed assistance in the design and architecture of system and scenarios
Good communication skills and engagement with Stakeholders (Business and Technical) both written and verbal
Educational background and understanding statistical modelling and can apply modelling techniques to analyze data
