We are looking for a detail-oriented T& E Analyst to join our team in Hudson County, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle high-volume travel and expense processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Concur systems and be adept at managing cost allocations and expense reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the processing of high-volume travel and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
Utilize Concur systems to manage travel and expense submissions efficiently
Perform detailed cost allocation and analysis to support financial reporting and budgeting
Collaborate with various departments to address discrepancies and provide solutions for expense-related inquiries
Prepare and maintain accurate records for expense reporting and fund allocation
Conduct regular audits to ensure all expense reports meet company and regulatory standards
Provide training and support to staff on T& E policies and Concur system usage
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Generate and analyze expense-related data to assist in financial decision-making
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing travel and expense processing, preferably in high-volume environments
Proficiency in Concur Expense and Concur Travel systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed cost allocation and expense reporting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is strongly preferred
Experience with fund allocation is highly advantageous
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
