This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join our committed team at our Northampton site, and start your logistics career as a Systems Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide essential systems support and data analysis across multiple systems for our Healthcare Business Unit. In addition, you will ensure data accuracy and smooth functionality for all stakeholders. You will maintain up-to-date system data, including pricing rules and condition settings, and manage the setup of new users across platforms. You will also deliver clear, high-quality training to external users and provide ongoing system support (training will be given).
Job Responsibility:
Ensure accurate systems updates
Identify root causes of process issues and implement solutions to prevent future failures
Maintain the service request log with accurate, timely updates
Ensure all support queries are followed through to closure
Liaise with stakeholders to co-ordinate system access and improvements
Provide 1st line support for operational users
Maintain and audit master data across multiple systems, including pricing rules, conditions, and related data
Perform self-audit checks to ensure compliance & accuracy
Coordinate new user setup across operational systems for both internal and external stakeholders
Deliver training and provide ongoing support to external users
Assist in system testing for new versions of functionality alongside the Systems Analyst and Operational Superusers
Produce data analytics and statistical reports using Excel and other tools as required
Requirements:
Strong analytical mind-set and problem-solving skills
The ability to develop effective working relationships
Willingness to grow and develop in the role
Strong organisational skills, self-management & excellent attention to detail (essential)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential (pivot tables, formulas)
Intermediate to advanced competency on Excel
Open-minded and receptive to new ideas
