Job Description:

This role involves fulfilling Identity and Access Management-related requests, providing customer service support for Citi's global customer base, and adhering to information security laws, regulations, and standards. The position offers exposure to a team environment, productive opportunities for professional development, and engagement with global clients and internal departments.

Job Responsibility:

Provision user/Functional ID entitlements
handle compliance review requests or incidents/change management
ensure adherence to pre-defined SLO requirements
utilize Microsoft applications for file management
identify compliance issues and escalate to management
manage multiple efforts and adjust priorities
analyze key areas for process improvement and implement action plans
adhere to Risk and Control guidelines
handle Application Access ID creations, modifications, revocations, and terminations
reset passwords
administer tokens
provide entitlement review support
handle Functional ID provisioning.

Requirements:

0-2 years of work experience in an operational/processing environment for C04
2-5 years for C05
experience in handling Internal/External clients
ability to meet demanding client expectations
ability to multi-task and handle ad-hoc tasks
experience with Microsoft Office Tools
bachelor's degree
exposure to Access Administration, Information Security, Risk and Control is an advantage
high-level written and oral English communication skills
flexibility to work in different shifts.
