You will guarantee system stability and efficiency, empowering the organization to operate seamlessly and adapt to evolving business needs. Your technical expertise will inform decision-making, support innovation, and ensure our systems portfolio delivers measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity for a systems professional to manage portfolio management, who thrives in complex, results-focused environments at the intersection of business and technical teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our systems landscape at a pivotal time for our industry, enabling business growth, and ensuring operational throughput.

  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on strategic relevance, potential benefits, risks, and available capacity
  • Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps, investment strategies, and success criteria for the systems programs and portfolio
  • Define, plan, and manage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all portfolio and program stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners
  • Manage communications, reporting, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio and individual programs
  • Plan and manage resources (people, budget, vendors) across the portfolio to maximize value and efficiency
  • Track and report on program status, budget utilization, forecast needs, and ensure cost-effective delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, with a focus on large-scale, complex systems or enterprise environments for large-scale construction organizations
  • Proven success in managing multiple, cross-functional programs or portfolios simultaneously
  • Proven success in systems development, integration, and lifecycle management
  • Proven success with risk management, data analytics, stakeholder management (including change management), reporting, budget tracking, and vendor management
  • Proven success with leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
