Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing IT systems, with a focus on Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Citrix technologies. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical systems infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring optimal performance and security
Manage Microsoft Windows Server systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Oversee Azure Active Directory integration to support cloud-based identity management
Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to enhance virtual desktop and application delivery
Configure and manage Microsoft Exchange systems to ensure reliable email communication
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex system-related issues

Requirements:

Proven experience with Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server setup and management
Hands-on expertise in Azure Active Directory and cloud-based identity solutions
Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtual desktop and application delivery
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Exchange environments
Solid understanding of system monitoring tools and performance optimization
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
