This role involves designing and delivering technical solutions tailored to customer needs, providing advanced technical presales support, conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with sales teams, supporting public tenders, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will also evaluate competitive products, represent the organization at industry events, and provide technical mentorship to internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Leads or contributes to the design and delivery of technical solutions tailored to meet internal and external customer needs, acting as a subject matter expert across the company’s product portfolio
Provides advanced technical support in presales engagements by analyzing customer requirements and translating them into high-quality technical proposals
Delivers engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solution capabilities and value propositions to potential clients
Collaborates closely with sales teams to align business objectives with technical strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and solution accuracy
Supports public tenders, RFIs, and RFPs by providing technical expertise, creating solution designs, and resolving client inquiries during evaluation phases
Builds and maintains strong technical relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Evaluates competitive products and technologies, highlighting the unique value and advantages of the proposed solutions
Represents the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops, sharing insights and engaging with stakeholders
Provides technical mentorship to internal teams and partners, delivering training sessions and knowledge transfer on the company’s solution portfolio
Offers structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on field experiences to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales or technical roles within the IT or telecommunications sector
Deep technical understanding of the company’s products, platforms, and technologies
Strong customer orientation and ability to tailor complex solutions to specific business challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
capable of translating technical details into business value for diverse audiences
Skilled in creating and delivering impactful technical presentations and demonstrations
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address technical challenges creatively and effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams

Commercial acumen to align technical approaches with broader business strategies
Fluency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication in international and cross-functional contexts
