Previous experience in a Data Analyst position
Experience managing and reporting on data from multiple sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and HR systems
Demonstrated track record of improving data processes and delivering meaningful reporting solutions
Advanced Power BI skills (or similar visualisation tools)
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to structure and validate large datasets
Knowledge of HR data domains is useful but not essential
