Job Description:

This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance critical business systems while supporting key operational processes in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Applicants should have a strong background in system integrations, data management, and manufacturing or supply chain operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the UniTrace serialization platform to ensure accurate and efficient serialization of all products
Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to validate data and align systems with business needs
Lead technical integration efforts between UniTrace and new ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Provide support for logistics, shipping, and warehouse management operations to optimize workflows
Manage system upgrades and ensure seamless integration with other internal platforms
Recommend and implement new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Work closely with IT leadership, providing hands-on support for cloud platforms and on-premise servers
Assist in preparing systems for the company’s expansion into new distribution centers
Participate in training programs to gain expertise in company platforms and tools

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse management environments
Familiarity with UniTrace serialization platform is highly desirable
experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and warehouse management processes, especially related to system integration
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system performance and communication
Proficiency in cloud computing and server management
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage both leadership and hands-on responsibilities

Nice to have:

Familiarity with UniTrace serialization platform
experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
