Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and implement information systems that support business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems analysis, business process improvement, and application support, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional and technical specifications
Design and document new systems, enhancements, or modifications to existing systems
Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Assist with testing, training, and implementation of new systems and upgrades
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing applications, including root cause analysis and resolution
Develop process models, workflows, data flow diagrams, and other documentation as needed
Maintain system documentation and ensure system compliance with internal standards and controls
Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for proposed systems and enhancements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, application support, or IT project roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL, databases, and reporting tools
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Nice to have:

Experience with business process mapping tools or diagramming software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms
Prior experience working in government, healthcare, or finance sectors is a plus
