Job Description:

This position serves as a hands-on System Administrator for CLIENT’S Salesforce Orgs. This position requires a wide range of skills from setting up new Orgs from scratch, integration with 3rd party tools, migration of data, use of CI/CD frameworks, troubleshooting systems including production and other administrative tasks as required. This position will require hands-on experience as an Administrator and prior Salesforce custom development experience is a plus. Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The CLIENT’S Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives
  • Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system
  • Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program
  • Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
  • Serves as a hands-on System Administrator for CLIENT’S Salesforce Orgs
  • setting up new Orgs from scratch, integration with 3rd party tools, migration of data, use of CI/CD frameworks, troubleshooting systems including production and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 7 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments
  • 7 years experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum
  • 7 years experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products
  • 7 years experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions
  • Candidates must already reside in Texas
  • LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius)
  • This position requires availability for 24/7 support

Nice to have:

  • 5 years experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications
  • 5 years experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
  • 2 years experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components
  • 2 years experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit
  • 2 years Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
  • 2 years Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc.
  • prior Salesforce custom development experience
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory
