The selected System Administrator will support, maintain, and enhances Hyundai Autoever America’s core infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, identity services, cloud platforms, and endpoint systems. This role ensures the stability, availability, and security of enterprise systems through proactive administration, monitoring, documentation, and adherence to operational standards. You will work closely with senior engineers and the cybersecurity team to support daily operations, resolve Tier-2 issues, and assist with modernization and cloud-driven initiatives across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Job Responsibility:
Support, maintain, and enhances Hyundai Autoever America’s core infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, identity services, cloud platforms, and endpoint systems
Ensure the stability, availability, and security of enterprise systems through proactive administration, monitoring, documentation, and adherence to operational standards
Work closely with senior engineers and the cybersecurity team to support daily operations, resolve Tier-2 issues, and assist with modernization and cloud-driven initiatives across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems
including strong command of Linux and Windows operating systems with deep troubleshooting capability such as perform patching, updates, and configuration
Support VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual server operations
provisioning, snapshots, and performance tuning
Maintain Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity-related configurations
Perform hardware installation, racking, cabling, and lifecycle maintenance for servers and storage platforms
Ensure systems comply with security baselines and support patch management and vulnerability remediation
Assist with endpoint protection, email security (DMARC / SPF / DKIM), and system hardening activities
Monitor systems using SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Grafana, and cloud-native tools (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Cloud Logging)
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
3–5 years of system administration experience in a medium-to-enterprise environment
Strong command of both Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server operating systems
Hands-on experience with VMware, Active Directory, enterprise storage, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with security frameworks, patch compliance, and system hardening best practices
Nice to have:
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator
AWS Solutions Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator
