Systems Administrator

• Manage and maintain Microsoft client and server operating systems, including Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, and Office 365
• configure and troubleshoot Cisco technologies to ensure network stability and security
• provide training and technical support to staff and clients, addressing system-related concerns promptly
• oversee backup technologies and strategies to safeguard critical data
• maintain and repair computer hardware to optimize performance and reliability
• implement system administrative tasks to ensure functionality and compliance with organizational standards
• collaborate with teams to enhance system efficiencies and support operational goals
• utilize analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• ensure adherence to fleet and liability insurance requirements, including maintaining a valid Florida Class “E” driver’s license

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution is preferred
• experience with YARDI is highly preferred
• at least four years of experience in a technical environment, with a focus on system administration
• proficiency in managing Microsoft operating systems, including Active Directory and Office 365
• hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and backup solutions
• strong knowledge of computer hardware and its maintenance
• excellent communication skills for providing user support and training
• valid Florida Class “E” driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
• ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
