Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct technical training sessions in SIG Training Centers worldwide to qualify customers and employees
  • Prepare, follow up, and document training sessions, including evaluating learning outcomes
  • Conduct technical assessments and other service products (e.g., Train the Trainer, Coaching)
  • Responsible for the technical status and condition of the training machines
  • Create training documentation, including translations and digitalization (eLearning)
  • Perform non-training-related tasks in the Training Center, such as packaging material and material testing
  • Advise internal departments and customers on training-related topics
  • Qualify and, if applicable, certify new system trainers
  • Actively participate in the setup of new training programs and on-site developments
  • Attend technical training and provide on-site services to build and maintain technical expertis

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training or technical degree in mechatronics, mechanics, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in the field of mechanics or mechatronics
