Job Description:

The customer is a software company specializing in HR solutions, including personnel management, payroll, and organizational development systems. Operating on the market for several decades, it provides integrated digital products that help organizations optimize HR processes, improve employee efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. The project is focused on developing and enhancing an integrated HR management platform that unifies key HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and analytics. The goal is to streamline HR operations, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making through a cloud-based, user-friendly, and scalable solution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enhancing build and deployment processes (currently based on Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub etc.)
  • Collaborating with the development teams to continuously improve the development experience
  • Working with the operations team on the provision of test environments
  • Building and optimizing observability (monitoring, alerting) platform, using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, to support SaaS operations
  • Closely cooperating with development teams and the team managing the customer’s SaaS solution

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer for 3+ years
  • Good knowledge of Ansible
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions
  • Proficiency with the ELK stack
  • Experience working with Grafana
  • Experience working with Prometheus
  • Skills in automated development processes using Jenkins or similar CI/CD systems, including the required toolchain such as Nexus, etc.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with a structured approach
  • Experience in prioritizing automating infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience in operating web-based applications, including monitoring and alerting, ideally also in reliability management
  • Proficiency in Linux
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, deep expertise in relevant technologies (e.g., IaC), and staying up-to-date on current trends
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
