Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a System Analyst. Reporting to the Client Systems Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Management Systems (CMS) product team by enabling high quality solution design, requirements validation and ongoing system optimisation across the suite of current and future state CMS systems.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with ICT on integrations, data flows and overarching application architecture
Configure client and workforce management systems
Contribute to the client management systems roadmap and benefit based on prioritisation aligned to organisational strategy
Pilot and evaluate new features and capabilities
Contribute to project delivery
scoping, estimates, schedules, risks/ issues and benefits tracking
Requirements:
Proven experience in configuration of Salesforce – Client Management/ Workforce Management/ CRM
Ability to utalise or enable PowerBI in production of reports and enhanced dashboards
Proven experience managing defects and supporting go-lives
Strong technical knowledge of system architecture and system integration
Understanding of ITIL change management
Experience within the Transformational/ Change context will be highly desirable
