System Administrator

• Deliver Level 3 onsite support to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Troubleshoot and repair basic hardware and software problems, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Intune
• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting executives, engineers, and other team members with technical needs
• Manage and support oil and gas industry-specific software applications, ensuring minimal downtime
• Utilize and maintain cloud-based storage systems, such as AWS, to support business operations
• Collaborate with team members to improve system processes and efficiency
• Offer technical assistance related to SCADA systems and other industry-relevant technologies
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions provided
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply new knowledge to improve IT support services

• Minimum of 7 years of experience providing support for network and systems related issues
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Office 365, Intune, and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Intune including security and policy updates
• Familiarity with cloud storage platforms, such as AWS, and their application in a business setting
• Experience working with oil and gas industry-specific software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and technical staff
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
