Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator IT Services to join our internal IT team, focusing on the operations, configuration, and optimization of Commodity IT products—especially Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence) and cloud-based solutions. Your mission will be to ensure seamless usage, system integrity, and maximum availability for users, while implementing best practices and providing technical support.

Job Responsibility:

administer and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in both on-prem and cloud environments
manage system configurations, integrations, and performance monitoring
support users with technical issues and ensure high system availability
automate tasks and processes using scripting languages
lead or support migration projects from on-prem to SaaS (preferably AWS)
collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience with various Linux distributions
strong expertise in installing, configuring, and managing Atlassian software
good understanding of API management and integrations
proficiency in scripting languages for Atlassian (Groovy or JavaScript)
excellent system scripting skills (Python, Bash preferred)
experience with cloud migration projects (on-prem to SaaS), ideally AWS

Nice to have:

analytical mindset and experience in stakeholder management
ability to analyze monitoring and performance data to identify issues and optimization opportunities
ITIL4 Foundation certification (or equivalent)
