As a SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and providing information as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This role sits as part of our reservation team but will be in a different office space.

Requirements:
Experience in an administrative position within the hospitality or travel industry
Admin experience gained from NHS, at a doctor’s surgery, within retail banking or as a virtual assistant/EA/PA
Excellent communication skills
Ability to get on with a diverse range of people
Confident in learning and using a wide range of computer operating systems
Calm, confident, excellent problem-solver, great attention to detail, ability to multitask
Flexibility for shift patterns including evenings & weekends
