Job Description:

The Swim Coach position offers the opportunity to teach swimming to guests of all ages at TUI holiday destinations across Europe during Summer 2025. The role includes delivering fun and professional swim lessons, promoting sessions, and contributing to team initiatives. Candidates must hold a Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate, be willing to obtain lifesaving certifications, and have strong English communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering fun, professional, and safe swim lessons for varying abilities
Tailoring lessons to support technical progression of guests
Selling and promoting lessons to maximize attendance
Participating in team days and presentations to support programs and teams.

Requirements:

Minimum Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate from your country of residence
Willing to gain a lifesaving certification
Passion for teaching children to swim and developing swimmers of all ages
Fun and vibrant personality with ability to work solo and in an international team
Fully conversational in English
Additional European languages beneficial.

Nice to have:

Speaking additional European languages
Experience in hospitality or tourism.
