keeping the customer in focus
optimizing sales
ensuring area is commercial, clean, tidy, attractive and inviting
ensuring products are in perfect condition and correctly priced
being passionate about the food served and sold
contributing to the implementation of the store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan
promoting a safety first culture
