Job Description:

This role involves serving Swedish speaking clients of well-known companies worldwide in fields such as technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive, or domestic appliances. You will work from Crete, a beautiful island in Greece, addressing customer needs and delivering excellent service.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as the first point of contact for all Swedish speaking clients
Responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
Maintaining solid customer relationships with Swedish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
Delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Swedish language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy
