Job Responsibility:
To plan and manage GTS business development covering all aspects of new and existing GTS customers/ wallet acquisition- from transactional sales, identifying new opportunities for wallet share growth
To drive GTS sales team for growing and achieving business targets for GTS
To develop, cultivate and foster a strong and robust sales culture in the Team
To structure trade and receivables finance solutions to ensure maximum profitability, ethical sales and the attainment of strategic and operating objectives
Drive the delivery of a comprehensive and competitive suite of GTRF solutions, delivered through a range of delivery channels by executing a commercially focused product management strategy, which aligns with the propositional requirements of the Customer Groups
Encourage cross-country and cross-business teamwork by sharing best practices
Deepen customer relationships through championing business co-operation with key stakeholders including CIB and Risk Stewards and ensure strong networks with key external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, IT vendors etc
To work with other Group offices to build-intra Group business
Drive a high performance culture through effective people management activities and drive up employee engagement by taking action against agreed priorities in identified action plans
Requirements:
Bachelor degree above majored in related with solid experience in Trade Services & Sales
Good communication skill, drive and commitment, customer focus
Broad corporate banking and relationship management experience including an in-depth knowledge of the GTS business on a global basis
Highly developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects
Ability to lead and motivate staff, employing appropriate management styles
Highly developed communication and influencing skills set
Experience of managing resources to achieve objectives using appropriate communication delegation and planning skills
A sound knowledge of all aspects of the corporate business
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is considered essential
Pre-requisite license qualification: Bank executives at all levels with business or transaction approval authority, Internal Control & Internal Audit License
