Job Responsibility

Analyze existing data on secondhand sales, customer willingness to pay, and operational costs
develop and test a dynamic pricing framework that balances sustainability ambitions with business performance
translate analytical insights into clear, practical recommendations and actions
collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across IKEA functions
set up pilots and run experiments to continuously improve the pricing model based on real-world feedback
present findings and proposals to internal stakeholders in a clear and convincing manner.
