Job Description:

As a surveyor with us, you’ll dive into a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
  • Assist with preparing comprehensive proposals and managing budgets to ensure project success
  • Work with field crews, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in survey operations
  • Conduct thorough deed and survey research and review to inform project decisions
  • Perform field work associated with land surveying, engineering, and construction projects, including setup, data collection, and quality control
  • Utilize CAD software to prepare precise drawings and documents
  • Conduct survey computations with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAD design with experience in Civil 3D preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying preferred
  • Registered Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio or on survey licensure track
