Job Description:

Due to expansion, we are looking for a number of roles throughout our production site at Witham in Essex. At this site we specialise in production of large format graphics and display products. Large format printer. We are looking for an experienced printer to operate our EFI Vutek. This position would be on a double day shift pattern, Monday to Friday. Whilst experience of operating a Vutek would be desirable, it’s not essential as training would be provided for the right person. Experience of all flatbed, hybrid and roll to roll printers would be considered. Large format print finisher. Experienced in using laminators and/or Zund or Kongsberg cutting tables. This position would be on a double day shift pattern, Monday to Friday. Experienced wood fabricator. Experience in operating CNC routers as well as carpentry and joinery skills desired with a degree of problem solving and a proactive attitude. This position would be on a double day shift pattern, Monday to Friday, or possibly a day shift role depending on skillset of applicant. Warehouse/stock/despatch operative. Experienced fork lift truck driver with aptitude to manage stock levels, goods in deliveries and despatching of goods out. This would be a day shift position, with a part time role considered.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in production activities, such as printing, finishing, assembly, production or quality control
  • Partners with all relevant stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget
  • Ensures high quality standards in all production deliverables
  • Works closely with department supervisor and project team, to ensure production deliverables within specific area of knowledge to follow project specifications and meet client needs
  • Develops sound and effective production solutions to issues that impact a department or client

Requirements:

  • Experience in working in a wide format print production environment
  • Print or finishing skills desirable
  • Experience in operating CNC routers
  • Carpentry and joinery skills
  • Fork lift truck driving

Nice to have:

  • Experience of operating a Vutek
  • Experience of all flatbed, hybrid and roll to roll printers
