Job Responsibility:

advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of adults, young people, and children
ensure they receive personalized support aligned with their unique needs and aspirations
manage complex behaviours and understand PBSPs
implement and review tailored support plans
build strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
promote inclusion and independence

Requirements:

3 years' experience supporting participants with complex care needs
passionate about human rights and driving positive change
empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of diverse experiences
excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and responding to customer needs
team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and sharing best practices
willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
