Job Description:

As a Support Worker, join our team in a casual capacity with the potential to move to a permanent part-time role. Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities and contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate society through Aruma's values-driven organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development
promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals
advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:

Full and flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays
current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
