Job Description:

As a Complex Behaviour Support Worker at Aruma, you will provide support for individuals with disabilities and complex behaviours, implementing personalised support plans and building relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders. This role includes sleepover and active night shifts only.

Job Responsibility:

Provide 2:1 support for individuals with complex behaviours
Implement and review personalised support plans
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
Drive clients to appointments and activities as required
Maintain mental alertness throughout

Requirements:

Must have experience in managing complex behaviours (life experience accepted)
Must be willing to drive
Willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond to customer needs
Team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and best practices
Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of diverse experiences
