Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live life on their terms, providing care, fostering independence, and creating a supportive environment that champions inclusion and dignity. This role involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care, community engagement, and fostering meaningful connections.

Job Responsibility:

Support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
Foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
Create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is valued
Recognise and encourage progress
Keep accurate, clear, and timely records
Be a trusted presence overnight, ensuring safety and peace of mind while supporting independence

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
Passion for supporting people
Champion diversity and individuality

Detail-oriented and organised
Availability for active and/or sleepover shifts
