Join Club Aruma to provide compassionate personal care, support individuals with disabilities to live their best lives, and help build vibrant, inclusive communities. Your role involves matching people with shared interests, facilitating activities, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Create joyful experiences and foster meaningful relationships for individuals with disabilities
match people with shared hobbies and passions
facilitate engaging activities like art sessions, sports games, or group outings
help people explore their communities and participate in interest-aligned events
cultivate an inclusive, welcoming environment
recognize milestones and provide encouragement
support individuals in achieving their goals
collaborate creatively with the team to design vibrant programs

Requirements:

Experience in supporting people with disabilities
eagerness to learn
ability to create relationships and foster inclusion naturally
belief that everyone deserves a full and joyful life
First Aid/CPR Certificate (or readiness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or readiness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or readiness to obtain)
valid driver’s license
insured car to support people on their adventures
