Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities, enhancing their lives and promoting inclusivity. This includes assisting with daily living activities, encouraging community integration, and advocating for the rights of individuals.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
assisting clients in their daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and skill development
promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals
advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:

Highly motivated and compassionate
full and flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
ability to work sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays
excellent communication skills
willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.
