Job Description:

Support Worker role in Home & Living environment supporting people with disabilities to live independently and thrive in their own homes. The position involves creating a warm, engaging environment where participants feel comfortable, connected, and supported.

Job Responsibility:

Empower and encourage participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Provide personal care with dignity including assistance with hygiene, meals, and household tasks
Build connections and foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
Champion inclusion and create a welcoming environment
Celebrate success and recognise progress
Maintain accurate, clear, and timely records
Provide overnight support including sleepovers to ensure safety and peace of mind

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver's License & Insured Vehicle
Passion for supporting people
Inclusive attitude
Empathetic nature
Flexibility to work across 24/7 roster including overnight and weekends
Detail-oriented and organised
Accurate record-keeping skills
