We are seeking energetic and imaginative Support Workers, both part and full time, to assist in the delivery of our specialist Supported Living service in Braintree, Essex. One aspect of the role will include driving clients to access the community, therefore it is essential for candidates to be in possession of a full UK driving license. Our Braintree service is commissioned under the Transforming Care Agenda, which aims to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism to move on from hospital environments. We assist people with a range of complex support needs, including mental health, forensic background, and behaviours which may distress/challenge.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the delivery of specialist Supported Living service

Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Warm, proactive person-centred values
Ability to empower people with a learning disability
Background in supporting people with behaviours that may challenge/distress (ideal but not required)
