Support Worker

This role is all about putting the needs of children and young people first. Stafford Hall caters for children and young people who have autism, severe and complex learning difficulties and who exhibit associated behaviours that challenge. Our aim is to support children and young people to develop a wide range of skills, such as communication, social and independence skills in an environment that offers warmth, security, consistency and understanding.
