Support Worker

• Helping people achieve their NDIS goals by developing daily skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting
• Assisting with personal care as required, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections
• Supporting daily activities, such as going for walks, attending movies, or accompanying appointments
• Helping maintain connections with family, friends, and services

• Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
• Experience and empathy in providing high-quality support in a SIL environment or with complex disabilities while fostering independence for clients
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work)
• Open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance

Cert 3 Qualification (Desirable)
